Q: What are the shirts like?
A: They are 100% cotton and white. All are preshrunk, but we suggest that you buy them big to allow for lots of “wear time”.

Q: How do I buy one?
A: When you pick the shirts you want, they go into the shopping cart. Click the Cart link at the top of the page to check out once you have finished shopping. From there, you can choose to pay with a credit card. Our online transactions are processed through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to buy from Bird Brain.

Q: Do you take checks or money orders?
A: Yes we do. For check or money order purchases, contact us by email or phone to place an order. We will have to wait for the check to clear before we can make your shirts. If you have a Paypal account and want to wire funds, just do the check out process on our site and you will be given the option to log into your account.

Q: How long until I get my shirts?
A: We send out orders every Friday. Typically, any order that is placed by Monday 7 AM (EST) will be shipped on that Friday. Orders placed after Monday 7 AM (EST) will usually go out the following Friday, unless we have your size already in stock. If you have an urgent need, let us know and we will do all we can to get it to you quickly.

Q: What about returns?
A: We guarantee your satisfaction. Please review your order to make sure you have chosen the right sizes and designs. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, let us know and we will do all we can to make it right. If there is anything wrong with the shirt, we are more than happy to replace it.
